What is the Cash Security Deposit?

The cash security deposit is a $100 – $300 CASH deposit that we require at time of pick up to ensure that all our equipment will be safely returned. The cash security deposit is in addition to your remaining balance. We will refund the cash security deposit when all of our equipment is returned on time and in good condition as stated in the Rental Agreement.

What if I’m getting more than one item?

We require a minimum $100 cash security deposit. If you rent more than one equipment item, it is an additional $50 cash security deposit per additional equipment (tables & chairs, concessions, inflatables, generators, interactives). If you are outside of our local area, there will be a larger security deposit required. Once you place your order, please be sure to check your confirmation email and invoice for the cash security deposit amount that will be due at time of pick up.

  • In our local area and getting 1 rental item

Examples of $150 Cash Security Deposit (Either of these instances)

  • In our local area and getting 2 rental items
  • Billing or event address outside of our local area and getting 1 rental item
  • Billing or event address 1 hour away and getting 1 rental item

Examples of $200 Cash Security Deposit (Either of these instances)

  • In our local area and getting 3 rental items
  • Billing or event address outside of our local area and getting 2 rental items
  • Billing or event address 1 hour away and getting 1 rental item
